Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days after we receive your customization details. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 5–7 business days. We'll send you a tracking number as soon as your squish is on its way!
During checkout, you'll see a text field where you can enter the name, word, or phrase you'd like on your squish. Want to use a logo instead? Just email it to us at hello@hellosquish.com after placing your order and we'll take it from there.
We offer a full rainbow of colors — you'll be able to choose your favorite when you add the product to your cart. If you have a specific color in mind that you don't see, reach out and we'll do our best to make it happen!
Our squishies are a satisfying palm-sized shape — perfect for squeezing, displaying, or gifting. Exact dimensions are listed on the product page.
We want you to love your squish! If there's an issue with your order — wrong color, damaged in shipping, or anything else — just contact us at hello@hellosquish.com within 7 days of receiving it and we'll make it right.
