All HelloSquish products are made to order. By submitting customization details (name, text, or logo), you confirm that you have the right to use that content and that it does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to refuse orders containing offensive, inappropriate, or copyrighted content.
All prices are listed in US dollars. We accept payment via Stripe and PayPal. Payment is collected in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Because each item is custom-made, production begins immediately after your order is placed. Please review your customization details carefully before submitting — we cannot make changes after production has begun.
We ship within the United States. Shipping times vary by carrier and destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
All content on hellosquish.com — including logos, images, and text — is the property of HelloSquish and may not be used without our written permission.
HelloSquish shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
